Events & Guest Experience Assistant
Contract Role with Pathway to Full-Time | South-East Melbourne + Travel | ABN Required
Since 2019, Inflatable Fun Park has been transforming ordinary days into extraordinary family adventures. From giant inflatable water parks in summer to spooky Halloween nights, sparkling winter wonderlands, and epic dinosaur safaris, our events are built around one big idea: creating magical moments people never forget.

Now, we're looking for a passionate Events & Guest Experience Assistant to bring these ideas to life.

The Opportunity
This is more than a job — it's a stepping stone into the world of live events.

You'll start on a contractor basis (ABN required, 24–40 hours per week), with the chance to step into a full-time career role once you've proven your skills, energy, and commitment.

What You'll Do
Frontline magic: Welcome guests with energy, answer questions, and create smiles.

Problem-solve on the fly: Keep the vibe high and resolve any hiccups with confidence.

Behind-the-scenes action: Support setup (bump-in) and pack-down (bump-out) of attractions.

Keep the show moving: Assist with rosters, schedules, and volunteer coordination.

Storytelling & socials: Lend a hand with guest updates, social media, and event comms.

Brand ambassador: Represent Inflatable Fun Park as a face of fun, safety, and community.

What We're Looking For
A natural people-person who thrives in high-energy environments.

Strong communicator with quick thinking and a problem-solving mindset.

Organised and adaptable — you keep things running smoothly when the pressure's on.

Hands-on and proactive — you don't just wait for instructions, you make things happen.

Previous experience in events, hospitality, or attractions is great, but passion is what matters most.

Comfortable with spreadsheets, emails, and social media tools.

A current student or graduate in Events, Hospitality, or similar? Big plus

Must hold an ABN (contractor position to start).
