Quest Dandenong Central is a 96 property located in the heart of Dandenong, close to everything you may need. Walking distance to Dandenong Plaza, Dandenong Marketplace, the Drum Theatre. The property opened in 2016 and is newly refurbished, a heavy base of corporate business with a small close-knit team to provide all the support you need to thrive.

At Quest Dandenong Central, we're on the lookout for a new Front Office Receptionist to join its team on a part-timebasis working a minimum of 22.5hours per week.

The Role

Involves all aspects of front office reception, including delivering effortless guest experiences, providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (eg check in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out), and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a passion for customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a highly team orientated ethos.

Previous front office reception experience in a hospitality, travel or tourism environment is needed to be shortlisted.

The successful applicant must be available to work afternoon shifts 3pm-10pm, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia. Previous Quest experience is a must.
