Quest Dandenong Central is a 96 property located in the heart of Dandenong, close to everything you may need. Walking distance to Dandenong Plaza, Dandenong Marketplace, the Drum Theatre. The property opened in 2016 and is newly refurbished, with a small close knit team to provide all the support you need to thrive.

At Quest Dandenong Central, we're on the lookout for a new Housekeeper to join its team on a casual basis working between 5-20 hours per week.

The Role

Quest Dandenong Central's housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
