For 9 years, YesAbility has been transforming lives across Western Australia—integrating highly vulnerable individuals into their communities and creating pathways to independence for people living with complex mental health, intellectual disability, autism, and trauma.
We have been expanding our regional footprint across WA, and we need an exceptional leader to continue build our Regional and Remote Positive Behaviour Support division.

What You'll DoStrategic Leadership
Drive the expansion of PBS services across Yesability regional areas
Develop and implement service delivery frameworks that balance clinical excellence with operational efficiency
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for regional practitioners
Build and maintain relationships with NDIS partners, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders
Operational Excellence
Oversee caseload management for regional teams (current client-to-practitioner ratio)
Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
Monitor KPIs including utilization rates, billable hours, and client outcomes
Manage divisional budget including marketing allocation and CPD investments.
Team Development
Mentor and support team leads and practitioners across regional and remote locations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and clinical excellence
Facilitate regular supervision, case consultation, and professional development
Champion YesAbility's values: kindness, collaboration, and community impact
Clinical Governance
Maintain NDIS PBS registration and ensure all practitioners meet AHPRA/professional body requirements
Oversee quality assurance processes and participate in internal/external audits
Drive innovation in service delivery, including Virtual Reality therapy integration
Ensure evidence-based practice across all PBS interventions
Qualifications & experience
- Relevant Qualification in an allied health background Psychology, Social worker, Occupational Therapy or speech pathology.
- Experience in delivering Positive Behavior Support.
- Working with Children's card, NDIS clearance and current driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
- Registration with NDIS as a PBS practitioner- proficient, advanced or specialist.
