Delivery Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Osborne Park Kia and MG.
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their vehicles in pristine condition. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all pre-delivery activities, including inspecting vehicles, coordinating necessary repairs and enhancements, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of our dealership.
The Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-delivery process. Welcome customers warmly, answer questions, and provide information about the delivery process.
- Coordinate and perform thorough pre-delivery inspections of vehicles, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are ready for delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring they align with customer preferences and availability.
- Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the pre-delivery process promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with the sales team and other departments to coordinate delivery
What we're looking for:
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- WA drivers' licence is required
