About the Role

Innovative Support Australia is a medium size, profit for purpose organisation, we are dynamic and passionate about our services – and we're growing To keep pace with this growth, we are looking for that unicorn in a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Due to the ever changing nature of this industry, one day it can be quiet, the next, all hands on deck, so we need a professional Talent Acquisition Contractor with an ABN, with the ability to flex up and down as we require. Ideally during the busy periods you can work across the whole week (does not have to be full days if not needed) This would suit someone looking for an exciting job that fits into school hours. We are also open to early starts as this role supports both South Australia and Western Australia.

ISA has been around for a few years and is ready to step up in its delivery of our recruitment model. You will have the opportunity to make this your own role, ensuring that every touch point with our candidates is positive. Internally you will be part of the People and Culture team and work closely with Operations and Rostering. You will be responsible for end to end recruitment from job ad through to job offer before handing our candidates over to the business for onboarding and induction.

About you

• NDIS recruitment experience is incredibly helpful
