Role Description

Are you looking for something new? We're excited to offer a newly created opportunity for an experienced and dedicated behaviour support practitioner to develop and lead our behaviour support services.

With an emphasis on rights-based practice and commitment to a neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach, this pivotal role will give you the opportunity to develop and implement evidence-based behaviour support strategies, working collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

You'll be instrumental in shaping service delivery, supporting and coaching a small team and fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence.

What you'll bring:

  • NDIS Commission registration as an advanced or specialist behaviour support practitioner
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • 5+ years' experience in disability or human services
  • Ability to conduct complex assessments, design effective interventions, and evaluate outcomes
  • Proven experience developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans for individuals with complex needs
