Located in Sydney's East, this established Chartered Accounting firm is known for its long-standing client relationships and exceptional staff retention. Just a short walk from Westfield and public transport, they are now seeking a new team member to fulfil a diverse role, being a mix of Administration and bookkeeping. Many of the team have been with the business for 5–10+ years, reflecting its welcoming and stable environment.

Duties include:

  • Client correspondence - reception - general office maintenance - collection of mail - general tidying
  • Collation of documents
  • Electronic filing
  • Management of ASIC annual statements with NowInfinity
  • Bookkeeping to include – data entry for monthly rental statements,  reconcilliations of bank feeds, general data entry as provided by Senior Accountants
  • This is an office-based role and the firm uses MYOB AE and NowInfinity

Skills and personal attributes:

  • Must have experience with the above duties working in an accounting firm
  • Able to work unsupervised and independently
  • Must be willing to work an office all-around role
  • Proven job stability
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia
  • Comfortable to work in a small office environment
