Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable;
  • Reconcile bank statements and trust accounts;
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting;
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards;
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors; and
  • Support payroll processing and expense tracking.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a legal or professional services environment;
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking in mandarin;
  • Proficiency in accounting and legal software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, LEAP, QuickBooks);
  • Strong understanding of trust accounting and legal billing practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping
