BrightSky Australia is the social enterprise of Forward Ability Support and services the ageing and disability sector with medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government. All profits go towards supporting Forward's community programs.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent Full Time (Monday to Friday) opportunity to launch your HR career and build hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive team based in Newington. In this role, you'll play an active part in delivering day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle under the guidance of our People and Culture Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assist with Recruitment - telephone screening, booking interviews, reference checks and more.
  • Coordinate the timely and smooth collection of pre-employment paperwork of candidates.
  • Organise and facilitate inductions programs for new team members.
  • Support an accurate onboarding process.
  • Prepare various letters and other correspondence as required.
  • Provide monthly reporting in compliance and learning.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • General administrative support on various P&C projects.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources.
  • Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
