**HR Generalist**
- Newly created, full time, permanent role, close to Sydney Olympic Park, Tech industry, $100K + Super (with flexibility)
- Free parking on-site, close to public transportation and shops, flexible WFO and WFH offering
- Work closely with a collaborative, passionate team with a flat structures
- Be a true business partner by being the first POC for all employees with your people centric approach

Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be flexible and willing to work as a true generalist. You will be comfortable providing administrative support, as well as being able to advise and consult to managers and employees across the organisation.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks encompassing all facets of the employee life cycle.

**Essential criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and ability to provide advice on legislative requirements
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- Practical HR Generalist experience
- You will have a passion for HR

**About the role**:

- Ensure internal HR policies and processes remain up-to-date and best practise, and comply with relevant legislation
- Provide advice and guidance to ensure the prompt and appropriate resolution of employee concerns and grievances
- Oversee and guide on employee performance reviews, and engagement
- Oversee the recruitment process as well as onboarding and induction

**About you**:
You will have already worked in a stand-alone or small HR team with broad exposure and accountability throughout the HR department.
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities
