Bow Residential has an opening for a Junior Level Property Manager & an Experienced Property Manager to join our Rentals Team

Experienced Property Manager:

The Role:

  • Managing a portfolio up to approx. 170 properties (depending on experience)
  • Liaise with Rental Providers and Renters
  • Managing lease renewals and routine inspections
  • Managing arrears, rent increase and property maintenance

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:

  • Minimum 12 months property management experience & looking for career progression
  • Senior Property Manager experience welcomed.
  • Previous experience with PropertyMe (preferred but not essential)
  • Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken.
  • Have a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude.
  • Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • High attention to detail for processes and procedures.
  • Have a current Agents Representative Certificate and driver's license.

Junior Level Property Manager:

The Role:

  • Assisting in all aspects of property management with our dedicated training and support.
  • Assisting our Property Management Team.
  • You will also be managing a small portfolio.
  • Conduct condition reports, final inspections, and routine inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with renters and rental providers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:

  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organised.
  • Have a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude.
