Are you working as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant looking to join a new organization and upskill and step into Junior Property Management role? If so, this could be your next role

Working in a team of 3 POD system (including another Junior Property Manager and the Rental Department Team Leader) you will have the guidance, mentorship and support to fully prepare you to be an independent, stand alone Property Manager when you feel ready.

Our client has the capacity, desire and resources to train and guide someone that has not managed a portfolio prior, but has had some industry experience and is ambitious and eager to grow, learn and step up

Role Requirements :

  • Current Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in real estate (Assistant or Junior Property Manager)
  • A can do and positive mind set with a genuine passion for property, a strong desire to grow and evolve and a genuine want to be part of a great team environment.

This is a Monday to Friday role only - most junior roles include weekends so this is very rare.
