As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and smooth operation of the pub. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Operational Leadership: Overseeing all aspects of daily venue operation, including Floor (FOH), Bar, Kitchen liaison, and Functions, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and efficiency.
  • Team Management & Development: Recruiting, training, rostering, and performance managing a high-performing team of hospitality professionals. Cultivating a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace culture.
  • Financial Performance: Managing budgets, controlling labour and stock costs, managing supplier relationships, and implementing strategies to drive venue growth.
  • Guest Experience: Championing exceptional customer service, managing guest feedback and complaints, and ensuring all patrons have a memorable experience.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to all legal requirements, including and food safety standards. Applicants must hold a valid Approved Manager card, as well as food safety supervisor certificate.
  • Functions & Events: Working closely with the Functions Team to oversee the successful delivery of all private events, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
