Assistant Café & Restaurant Manager – Elizabeth Quay, Perth

$73,500 + Super | Mostly Daytime Hours | Stunning Waterfront Location

We're on the lookout for an energetic and hands-on Assistant Café & Restaurant Manager to join our team at Elizabeth Quay. Our café, bar, and restaurant is known for exceptional coffee, fresh breakfasts, and warm hospitality — all set against Perth's most iconic waterfront backdrop.

This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career and enjoy a lifestyle-friendly roster — daytimes through the week, with only 2–3 night shifts on weekends as we move into summer.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Leading and motivating a team of casual staff
  • Delivering consistently high standards of coffee, food, and service
  • Managing opening and closing procedures
  • Driving a fun, professional, and collaborative workplace culture

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in cafés, restaurants, or bars
  • Strong barista and coffee knowledge
  • A proactive approach to leadership and team collaboration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality and customer experience
