Trinity Anglican School (TAS) is seeking a passionate and proactive Senior Human Resources Officer (Advisor) to join our People & Culture team. What You'll Do:

As a trusted HR Advisor, you'll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and HR Officer to:

  • Lead employee casework and provide expert HR/IR advice
  • Drive strategic initiatives in engagement, wellbeing, and cultural transformation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
  • Contribute to policy development and HR compliance
  • Enable leadership capability through operational excellence

You'll use your people-first mindset, emotional intelligence, and HR know-how to build strong relationships across the school, guiding leaders and supporting staff through every stage of the employee lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
  • 5+ years in an HR roles, with strong coaching, casework and EBA/Award interpretation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Confidence to stay ahead of legislative changes and advise leadership
  • Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
