About The Role
EatClub is looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and secure meetings with restaurant owners across Australia. You'll be the first point of contact for potential partners, responsible for building a strong pipeline that fuels our BDMs' success.
This is a high-volume, results-focused role designed for people who thrive on challenge, enjoy competition, and want to accelerate their career.

Your work will directly drive EatClub's growth. By connecting with hospitality decision-makers and lining up high-quality meetings, you'll be building the foundation for our market presence across Australia. This is more than lead generation – it's market creation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make high-volume outbound calls to restaurant owners/managers every day
- Book qualified meetings for our BDMs based on Ideal Customer Profile criteria
- Fill BDM calendars ahead of launches to ensure strong pipelines
- Communicate EatClub's value proposition, focusing on restaurant profitability
- Collaborate with BDMs to prioritise target accounts and conversion strategie
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated with prospect activity and notes
- Stay on top of hospitality trends, competitors, and EatClub product updates
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals hungry to build a career in tech sales
- Experience in sales, hospitality, call centres, or telesales is a plus – or the drive to learn quickly
- A natural communicator who can capture interest and spark curiosity in under 10 seconds
- Resilient and coachable: you take on feedback, learn fast, and constantly improve
- Thrive under pressure and consistently hit your targets
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is an advantage
- Passionate about growth – for yourself and the businesses you work with. You love food, tech, and making a real impact.
