The Role
We're looking for a motivated, ambitious, and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our sales pipeline and support our National Business Development team.
This dual-function role blends outbound sales development with hands-on sales support, giving you exposure to every stage of the sales cycle. It's the perfect springboard for a future Business Development Manager career. This role is designed for growth. With proven success, you'll have the opportunity to step up into a full-cycle BDM position within 12–24 months.
What You'll Be Doing
Generate Pipeline
: Drive outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more to uncover new opportunities.
Qualify & Book Meetings:
Spot the right prospects, qualify leads, and lock in meetings and demos for the Business Development Managers nationally.
Close Deals of Your Own:
Take ownership of small to mid-tier client deals, while passing larger opportunities through to the Business Development team.
Deliver Sales Support That Matters:
Prepare documentation, proposals, and decks with precision and Keep CRM (Pipedrive) accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development or a sales support role.
- Background in PropTech or property management is highly valued.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools, Microsoft suite, and digital comms platforms.
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
