We are in a high-growth phase and have just launched a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to drive the next stage of our expansion.
This is your chance to join from the ground up, work directly with a dedicated Head of SDR, and make an immediate impact. Cybersecurity is one of the most exciting and fast-moving industries in the world, and this role puts you right at the centre of it.
About The Role
We are hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline and drive top-of-funnel growth across Australia. This is a performance-driven role designed to reward results and provide a clear path for progression within the business.You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and booking meetings with new prospects through outbound activity, inbound follow-up, and creative outreach. You'll be supported by our marketing team with access to leads, content, and campaign support, and coached by a hands-on Head of SDR who leads both the strategy and day-to-day mentoring of the team.

What You Will be Doing
Role
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and a key contributor to our growth. Your role will involve:
- Reaching out to cold and warm leads across Australia by phone and email
- Booking meetings for our Business Development Managers and creating sales-qualified opportunities
- Following up on marketing-generated leads and engaging decision-makers
- Working alongside a high-performing team with direct access to leadership
- Using tools like Lusha and HubSpot to source, track, and engage prospects
- Contributing to team-wide pipeline and revenue goals
You will earn commission on every qualified opportunity, meeting booked, and pipeline created, with accelerators and team bonuses when targets are exceeded. Your base salary will reflect both your potential and the value you bring to the role.
About You
We are open to people who are new to sales, as well as those with 1 to 2 years of experience looking to build a long-term career in tech. What matters most is your attitude and energy. We are looking for people who:
- Are highly motivated and bring energy to every conversation
- Can handle rejection without losing confidence or momentum
- Are coachable and eager to learn
- Are great communicators, both in writing and over the phone
- Are familiar with or curious about tools like Lusha, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understand how to leverage ChatGPT and AI to write prospecting messages, improve efficiency, and get better outcomes
