Are you an architecturally trained professional ready to step into a Junior Project Manager role? We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our client-side team, working directly under the Principal Architect.

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who wants to master client-side coordination, consultant management, and the project approvals process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your focus will be on ensuring the project progresses smoothly through efficient consultant and documentation management:
  • Consultant Management: Provide scope and brief documentation to external consultants, obtain fee proposals, and secure Client approval for engagement. Track consultant progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Approvals & Documentation: Manage the lodgement of CDC/DA/CC applications on the planning portal. Create and maintain consultant lists and project status trackers.
  • Quality & Coordination: Check delivered reports against scope, obtain necessary site access, and efficiently issue and save all project information to the team.

Who We Need:

  • A background or qualification in Architecture is highly desired.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive work ethic and strong communication ability.
  • Experience or familiarity with the planning approval process is a plus.
