Project Coordinator

Efiniti Telecommunications Services is a leading supplier of professional services in the Telecommunications and Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industry. Efiniti is an Australian-owned and based company that specialises in these fields across three business sectors — Carrier & ICT, Corporate & Government, and Technology Vendor.

As a Junior Project Coordinator with Efiniti, you will join an experienced team of specialists in delivering large scale Enterprise projects and programs, ensuring an excellent customer centric experience and on time delivery. In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and management of transition activities for business level customers. You will be required to identify customer ICT requirements, create and manage customer work orders and provide support to facilitate a smooth transition from legacy access networks onto modern technology networks.

**Your responsibilities as a Project Coordinator**:

- Co-ordination and management of transition activities required to migrate customers onto new products and technology access types.
- Co-ordinate and manage multiple work groups and tasks ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
- Promote and facilitate effective cross team communication.
- Establish communication and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Customer and stakeholder engagement during service transitions to manage expectations.
- Tracking of key project tasks and their dependencies.
- Utilise internal systems to create portfolios to monitor progress and to meet reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update program databases and platforms.
- Attend stakeholder and customer meetings.
- Identify customer service requirements and relevant details to ensure accurate provisioning of customer work orders.
- Provide progress updates to communicate challenges or delays to customers and stakeholders; provide solutions to resolve these challenges and a timeframe.

- Experience in a telecom related field or Knowledge and understanding of telecom networks and systems.

- Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
