We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team.

Location – Macquarie Park 2113 NSW

Contract term:12 months + extension

Key Accountabilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project objectives, scope, and RACI.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with key milestones and deliverables.
  • Track budgets and costs to ensure on-budget delivery.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication across business, IT, and network teams.
  • Oversee vendor coordination and project deliverables.

Resource & Risk Management

  • Manage internal and third-party resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Project Deliverables Oversight

  • Ensure project deliverables are completed including:

  • Project Management Plan, Stakeholder Management, Communications Plan

  • Requirements & Design Finalisation
  • Infrastructure readiness (power, space allocation)
  • End-to-End Testing and Ready-for-Service (RFS) sign-off
  • Vendor Management and Operations Handover (SOB, NOCR)
  • Project closure documentation

Technical & Network Experience

  • Proven experience delivering major network projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new network element integrations.
  • Strong background in network services development, testing, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with integration to OSS/BSS systems, access control, and security systems.
  • Understanding of telecommunication environments, including lab and production setup.

Who we're looking for?

Qualification, experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years' experience in project delivery within large-scale telecom or IT environments.
  • Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM).
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and risk management abilities.
  • Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering projects in telecommunication environments, including network architecture reviews, resiliency assessments, and service assurance systems.
