Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to manage a diverse range of conveyancing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Queensland property law and a proven track record in delivering high-quality conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare and review contracts for sale, including due diligence and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Conduct property searches and manage settlements.
  • Provide expert advice on property law and conveyancing matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage documentation throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing.
  • Relevant qualifications in property law or conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of Queensland legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
