What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the full cycle of conveyancing (A-Z), from residential sales to acquisitions
- Conducting due diligence, searches, and liaising with clients, agents, law firms, and banks
- Drafting correspondence and preparing documents (don't worry, we'll train you on ActioStep)
- Calculating settlement figures, organising settlements, and preparing Titles Office forms
- Staying in the know with legislative changes (we've got you covered with support and updates)
- Taking charge of your own portfolio while having backup from supportive solicitors
