What you'll be doing?

  • Manage conveyancing files: Handle the entire conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions for clients.

  • Residential and commercial conveyancing: Apply your expertise to both residential and commercial property matters, broadening your skillset.

  • Utilize Actionstep software: Leverage your experience with Actionstep to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively: Engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders using your excellent verbal and face-to-face communication skills.

  • Multi-task efficiently: Thrive in a dynamic environment by managing multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.

Who are they looking for?

  • Conveyancing experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of conveyancing processes.

  • Software proficiency: Familiarity with Actionstep software to effectively manage cases and workflows.

  • Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Organizational skills: Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Team player: Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
