We are a friendly, client-focused law firm seeking an experienced conveyancer/ paralegal to join our well established Upper Mount Gravatt practice.

Start date: The successful applicant can start as early as mid-September

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, managing files from start to finish
  • Apply proficiency with using the conveyancing protocol including drafting letters and working knowledge of Queensland's updated seller disclosure requirements
  • Conduct client appointments, including to assist with completion of Lexon property forms and VOIs (Verification of Identity)
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and external parties professionally and warmly
  • Use LEAP for file management and documentation
  • Settle transactions through PEXA with accuracy and efficiency

You Must Have:

  • Substantial experience in residential and commercial conveyancing (Queensland)
  • Ability to run files independently
  • Proficiency in LEAP and PEXA
  • Understanding of conveyancing protocol and updated QLD seller disclosure requirements
  • A reliable, professional, and friendly approach and ability to work as a team player
  • Good communication skills for regular client contact and face-to-face client meetings
  • A positive attitude focused on client service and maintaining and growing referral relationships
