We are expanding and looking for two new team members to join our busy and friendly conveyancing practice.

Position 1 – Experienced Conveyancer

You'll already know the drill: managing residential sales and purchases from start to finish with confidence and care. At CCQ Law, we pride ourselves on our client service and our strong reputation, over 500 five-star Google reviews speaks for itself.

What we're looking for

Strong experience in end-to-end residential conveyancing

·      Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with no fear of picking up the phone to talk to our clients and referrers.

·      High attention to detail and accuracy

·      Familiarity with PEXA.

·      Proficient in LEAP and Microsoft Office products.

·      Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise in a time-sensitive environment.

·      Team player willing to assist colleagues when needed.

·      Hybrid (work from home) opportunity available after probation

·      Willingness to handle occasional admin tasks (phones, general office support).

·      Salary based on experience - $90k plus Super

Position 2 – Junior Conveyancer / Paralegal

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to learn the specialised, fast-paced world of conveyancing. You'll be trained by an experienced team and gain hands-on experience in every stage of a property transaction.

What we're looking for:

·      A genuine interest in property law and conveyancing.

·      Strong organisational skills and attention to detail required

·      Willingness to learn and take direction.

·      Good communication skills.

·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

·      A proactive and helpful attitude.
