The Gig

We're on the hunt for an experiencedresidential conveyancing paralegal to join our crew, and take very good care of our clients. You'll have at least 3 years experience as a conveyancing file handler under your belt, and be the kind of person who makes clients feel like they're in the best hands (because they are, duh).

What You'll Do:

· Expertly manage QLD residential conveyancing files from start to finish with plenty of support from your teammates

· Provide stellar client service, think 5-star hotel concierge, but in legal terms

· Work closely with our fabulous team to ensure smooth transactions

· Have fun, work hard, and enjoy a bit of banter along the way

What You Bring to the Table

· Self-sufficient, self-motivated team player, with the ability to take charge of matters autonomously, but also happy to be a team player and "chip in" with the rest of the crew when necessary

· Bit of a jokester and/or bubbly person

· Experienced in QLD residential conveyancing and running your own files A-Z

· With a passion for building and maintaining referral relationships, you get a kick out of interacting with clients, agents, law firms, banks and brokers

· Flexible, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running into a fun, fast-paced environment

· Customer Service specialist who always aims to provide a 5 star client experience

· An uncanny knack for translating legal mumbo-jumbo into client-friendly banter
