About The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Care team in Dandenong South, supporting our pool portfolio across Reece, and helping us to create great customer experiences. Some of the key responsibilities are to:

  • Provide a strong customer service experience by providing accurate product knowledge and effectively handling warranty claims
  • Confidently talk to customers over phone and email; managing enquiries, service needs and complaints
  • Learn a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified field
  • Use your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service.
