
Accounts & Office Administration Support

CCK Financial Solutions Pty Ltd is a specialized treasury software provider, supporting foreign banks and large corporations. We're seeking a motivated and friendly professional to join our small, dynamic team in the heart of Perth CBD.
As part of our team, you'll work closely with the Company Accountant, supporting both accounting and administrative functions.
We use MYOB for accounting tasks across two entities within the CCK Group.
While the transaction volume is manageable, you'll also get training on handling foreign currency transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Tasks
- Entering invoices into MYOB and preparing payments for approval via online banking
- Processing superannuation and other regular payments
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Managing bank account reconciliations and petty cash
- Assisting with monthly payroll preparation
- Processing recurring journals
- Handling other accounting-related tasks as needed
Office Administration
- Answering occasional calls and managing basic office communication
- Collecting mail and coordinating courier services for document delivery
- Ordering office supplies and stocking the kitchenette
- Communicating with our other offices via email and Teams, ensuring documents are received, signed, and delivered
- Scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has prior experience with Microsoft Office and MYOB or other accounting systems.
- Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Is organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can work independently and manage tasks efficiently
