Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking a
Contract Administrator
to join our high-performing team on an exciting
$150 million project
in the CBD.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administer contracts through our construction management software.
  • Manage monthly PCG reports, cashflow, and progress claims.
  • Assess and manage head contract and subcontract variations.
  • Review and process subcontractor claims, supplier invoices, and delivery dockets.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders.
  • Prepare monthly prelim reports and cost forecasts.
  • Take off quantities and estimate costs for alternative materials or methods.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS during the tender and delivery process.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terms, and risk identification.
  • Ability to write comprehensive scope of works with a focus on constructability.
  • Proven ability to reduce costs, increase profitability, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities.
