The Grant Writer will be responsible for grant administration, proposal writing, prospect research, and grant writing. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential funding opportunities, drafting and editing grant proposals, and coordinating with clients to ensure all requirements are met. The Grant Writer will also assist in fundraising activities as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify grant and funding opportunities relevant to client businesses.Draft compelling, accurate, and compliant grant applications, proposals, and supporting documents.Liaise with clients to gather necessary financial, technical, and operational information.Review eligibility criteria and ensure applications are audit-ready.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government grant programs and deadlines.Collaborate with the EZGrants leadership team to optimise processes and improve client outcomes.Support reporting and acquittal requirements for successful grants.RequirementsProven experience in grant writing, business advisory, or related professional services.Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.Familiarity with Australian government grant frameworks (R&D; Tax, EMDG, IGP, etc.).Ability to translate technical or financial data into clear, persuasive narratives.High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join EZGrants?Be part of a fast-growing advisory firm with a strong client pipeline.Flexibility: work remotely or hybrid from Sydney.Exposure to diverse industries and cutting-edge projects.
