We're looking for an experienced
Bid & Tender Manager
to join our Government division at Herron Todd White.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end process of government tenders, bids, and procurement submissions. You'll combine strong coordination skills with high-quality writing to deliver accurate, compliant, and persuasive proposals on time.

Open to Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne applicants

The role?

As a Bid/Tender Writer, you'll work closely with our Government Team, as well as finance, legal, operations, and marketing, to produce tailored submissions that highlight our expertise, improve win rates, and ensure compliance with government standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing government tender portals from start to finish
  • Interpreting requirements and preparing tailored bids for relevant opportunities
  • Writing, editing, and formatting high-quality responses to tenders, EOIs, and proposals
  • Maintaining tender registers, submission schedules, and a library of templates and collateral
  • Driving continuous improvement across tender processes, systems, and tools

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years' experience in tender writing, bid coordination, or grants
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Project management ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements
