Ferrycarrig Construction has made a significant contribution to some of Sydney’s largest and most significant infrastructure projects delivered in recent years.

As our organisation is expanding we have a need to grow our teams to assist with the growth. We are growing our commercial team and we are currently recruiting for a Bid Writer/ Tender Coordinator to join our well established team.

**Key focus areas include**:

- Assist in the proofing, editing and writing of documents.
- Assist in the development of key messaging/bid strategy.
- Ensure a high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Assist with the graphic layouts for submissions, design reports, boards and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure documentation is thoroughly prepared and reviewed by relevant parties and provision is made for the incorporation of updates and revisions
- Develop sustainable relationships with a key range of stakeholders, both externally and internally
- Work to best practice submission guidelines and protocols within the bid team
- Flexibility in working additional hours as required, sometimes at short-notice

**About You**
- Degree qualification in Business, Communications, Engineering or relevant discipline
- Strong writing skills and document management expertise
- Proven experience in the coordination and production of compliant Expressions of Interest & Tender Submissions
- 4+ years’ experience communications, publications, grant writing and submission preparation/coordination
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management and influencing skills
- Advanced MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
