OVERALL EXPECTATION OF POSITION:
At Builtform Construction, we recognise that this role offers an opportunity for growth and development over time.

We are not looking for just a number to fill a seat, but a true team member who will bring innovative ideas to all aspects of construction and business operations. Your role will be to collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful and safe delivery of Builtform Construction projects while meeting project financial objectives.
MAIN CONTRIBUTIONS
General
- Demonstrate an understanding of how decisions impact the program, budget, quality, and safety of the
project.
Provide accurate and timely project status reports, escalating issues as they arise.
Effectively manage time and maintain a focus on continuous professional development.
Ensure excellence in client service, acting in alignment with the company's objectives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
Commercial Management
Support the management of project cost control, ensuring a strong understanding of margin, cash flow, risk, and opportunity.
Assist in administering head contract variations and ensure the timely management of commercial processes to protect project financials.
Ensure accurate reporting of financial figures and promptly escalate any variances or risks.
Competent in working with commercial software packages such as Jobpac.
Procurement
Assist in preparing scopes of work for distribution to subcontractors.
Analyse and compare subcontractor quotes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support the finalization of subcontractor and supplier agreements, issuing them to relevant parties.
Administration
Ensure that all contract-related notices and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain up-to-date project information in accounting software (Jobpac).
Assist in reviewing updated drawings and documents to generate variations for client recovery.
Record, Reporting & Review
- Ensure timely maintenance of project records and documentation in accordance with project
requirements.
Assist with financial cost reporting to ensure that project financial objectives are met.
Follow established folder systems to ensure consistency across the team.
Project Completion
Support the preparation of the final account.
Assist in the organized and timely compilation of client deliverables ahead of project completion.

Pay: $72,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
