The Role

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team for an immediate start. Whilst experience in contract administration or landscaping is desirable, the most important attribute is a willingness to learn, grow and own this role.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Creating purchase orders for construction works;
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Review and approve subcontractor progress claims;
  • Manage costs and budget comparisons;
  • Prepare and submit product samples;
  • Preparation of monthly client progress claims;
  • Regular site visits, working closely with the construction manager and site supervisors to ensure the smooth day to day running of the projects;

  • Organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and demands
  • Strong work ethic
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Grammar and communication skills
