About you

This is a hands-on, operations-focused role designed to support the daily delivery of tandem skydive operations. You will assist management with the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring a smooth, safe, and exceptional experience for every customer.

About the role

We are seeking Ground Crew Team Leader at our Wollongong Drop Zonedue to our continued success and ongoing growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead by example to ensure efficient, customer-focused daily operations.
  • Perform manifest duties including customer check-in, coordinating bookings, and managing safety procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service for walk-ins, phone, and online bookings.
  • Promote and convert sales for skydive media (photo/video) and merchandise.
  • Support Skydive Instructors in preparing and briefing customers for their jump.
  • Assist in coordinating parachute landings and ground support activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as banking, reconciliation, and stock ordering.
  • Assist the Supervisor with staff training, rosters, and general leadership support.
  • Uphold safety standards, OHS requirements, and company procedures at all times.
