Program Support Officer - NSW Government
- 2-3 month contract
- Starting mid Jan
- Based in Wollongong
- $50 - 56ph + super
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
- Hybrid role - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week from home
Our client is looking for a someone who has strong administration background, is able to multi task, prioritise and be given tasks and complete with limited support and efficiencies. We require outstanding communication skills and someone with the ability to hit the ground running.
This is a fantastic opportunity within the NSW Government to work in an exciting, rewarding, and supportive team environment offering hybrid working flexibility.
Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Project and administrative support in activities
- Contribute to preparation of reports
- Responding to correspondence
- Managing team inboxes
- Coordinating meetings and workshops
- Researching and drafting documents
- Processing of invoices using SAP system
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills/Experience
- 2+ years of experience working in an Administration role
- Experience in providing a broad range of administration and project support services to managers
- Experience working within government
- Proficient in use of the Microsoft Office suite particularly in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience in providing a broad range of administration and project support services to managers
- Thrive in managing varying tasks and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Aptitude for learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team
