We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major Class 2 mixed-use development in Wollongong, comprising 300+ residential apartments with ground-floor retail. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the project from structure through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and program targets are met.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
  • Ensure compliance with Class 2 building and safety regulations
  • Monitor and manage program, quality control, and project timelines
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and head office
  • Drive a high-performance culture aligned with LEVEL 33's reputation for excellence

About You

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments ($100M+ preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Class 2 construction regulations and DBP requirements
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and site coordination skills
  • Ability to manage site logistics, safety, and subcontractor relationships
  • High attention to detail with a focus on program and quality outcomes
  • Strong technical knowledge across structural and finishing phases
