Wardrobe Refractories is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our growing team as a Refractory Tradesman/Installer.

Based primarily in Greater Sydney, with occasional rural travel, this role offers
secure, hands-on work
in a variety of industrial environments — no two days are the same. With
overtime paid at double time
, strong team culture, and a genuine path into leadership, this is more than just another trades job.

What You'll Bring:

• Cert III or IV Bricklaying, or equivalent experience
• White Card
• Confined Space ticket
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Forklift ticket (advantageous but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to varied job sites
• Team-oriented mindset — friendly, reliable, and respectful
