About Us

A boutique, well-established builder–developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-end Class 2 residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This is a rare opportunity to join a tightly knit team with strong financial backing and a premium design-led approach.

Responsibilities

You'll take full ownership of delivering high-end D&C residential projects, working closely with in-house architects, clients, and consultants. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end project delivery from design through to OC
  • Program management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Client and stakeholder management, ensuring a premium delivery experience
  • Driving site productivity, safety, and quality
  • Monitoring cost, program, and risk
  • Leading design workshops with the internal architecture team

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on Class 2 or high-end residential projects
  • Strong understanding of D&C methodology
  • Confident managing architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
  • Solid commercial acumen and project reporting skills
  • Ability to deliver luxury projects to a high standard
