South Yarra Volkswagen have an opportunity for a well-presented, enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

You must have a desire to exceed customer expectations, have strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.

Responsibilities' include, but not limited to:

  • All aspects of the sales process
  • Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer
  • Achieving individual sales KPI'S
  • Developing and Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Volkswagen Brand
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting out clients to find the right vehicle

About you:

  • Passionate about the automotive industry and the Volkswagen Brand
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
  • Motivated and Process Driven
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to create a positive working environment
  • Immaculately presented
  • Vic Driver's license
