The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Funds Administrator with a "can do" attitude. The Funds Administrator is responsible for the day to day management of the Group's investor registers, investor distributions, investor communications and funds administrative processes. This role would suit a candidate with a high degree of attention to detail who is looking to gain hands on experience in a growing property and funds management business.

We are a boutique property investment and funds management group with key assets and personnel based across Australia and head office based in Perth. We are a close-knit team with a friendly and supportive culture.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain investor registries including verifying and collating supporting investor information.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly investor distributions and communications.
  • Preparing annual investor tax statements and associated ATO reporting.
  • Liaising with client and advisor groups and responding to queries.
  • Managing registry software and liaising with software providers.
  • Managing book builds for new capital raises.
  • Assist with accounts reconciliations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in a financial services business or exposure to finance and accounting.
  • Exposure to registry management software such as Titanium Digital is desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Detail orientated and analytical.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accountable and results driven.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Technology savvy.
