The Opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our Energy and Utilities business in Western Australia on a full time permanent basis. The role is 8/6 DIDO on work hours and will be reporting directly to the Administration Manager.

The key tasks include:

  • Work with the Project team to support the day-to-day running of the site administration function
  • Support site mobilisation activities including workforce PPE orders, travel co-ordination & camp bookings
  • Receipt of goods and providing AP team with delivery dockets & material reporting
  • Time Capture (including client approvals of timesheets)
  • Consolidate Client Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Uploading client reporting into Client portals (doc con support)
  • Maintain stationery and office consumables
  • Ad hoc Duties within the Administrative and Finance functions as requested by Management

What we are looking for

  • Drivers License & White Card required
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in onsite Administration or mobilisation experience ideally in construction, mining or maintenance
  • JDE & InEight experience is preferred
  • Strong inter-personal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative, prioritise workload & time management
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Positive attitude in dealing with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
