For 18 years, 
Grace Children's Therapy
 has enriched the lives of children with disabilities, learning disorders, and developmental challenges across the Sydney Hills District. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our services to support 
adolescents and young adults up to 25 years 
and building a new 
occupational therapy stream focusing on wheelchair assessments and equipment prescription.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy – 
    New graduates welcome to apply
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility prior to commencement).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • National Police Check (Criminal History).
  • Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
  • OT Australia Membership or willing to join
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with children and young people.
  • Commitment to professional growth, teamwork, and delivering quality services.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Occupational Therapist based in Castle Hill, NSW. The Occupational Therapist will deliver individualized therapy programs for children and young people with varying needs. Daily responsibilities include assessing developmental and functional levels, creating intervention plans, working collaboratively with families and educators, and providing support to ensure therapy outcomes are integrated across environments. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date documentation and contributing to a positive team culture.
