Your Impact

We have an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Parramatta and Western Sydney. The role is fast paced, incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:

  • Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
  • Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios
  • Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You:

We are looking for motivated individuals who are driven and who enjoy working as part of a large team. The ideal candidate will love a challenge and enjoy working closely with clients and customers to deliver great service

  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (with relevant professional membership)
  • A strong drive to develop and progress your career in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
