About the role
Eastern Health is seeking passionate and motivated Grade 2 Occupational Therapists to join our Allied Health teams across a variety of acute and subacute settings. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy care to diverse patient groups while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes and experiences for patients. In this role, you will also supervise, teach, and support Grade 1 staff, Allied Health Assistants, and students, contributing to the ongoing development of occupational therapy services alongside senior clinicians. There are opportunities to be involved in service improvement initiatives and research led by Grade 3 and Grade 4 Clinical Leads, helping to shape the future of occupational therapy at Eastern Health. About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
Previous Occupational Therapy experience (at least 24 months)
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
