Your Role
We're seeking a compassionate and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers the chance to provide client-centred therapy to children and adults living with disability. You will work collaboratively with families, support networks, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to paediatric and adult clients.
- Goal Implementation: Assess, plan, and implement therapy goals that promote independence and participation.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload independently while receiving ongoing supervision and team support.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
- Community Work: Travel to client homes, schools, and community settings as required.

About you
Applicants considered for the role will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with AHPRA or relevant OT association.
- A valid driver's licence (P2 licence acceptable) and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.
Experience in disability services and a fluency in additional languages will be highly regarded but is not necessary for the role.
