Occupational Therapist – Clinic & Community

Are you an Occupational Therapist who wants to do more than just consult? Your responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face and occasional tele-support across clinic, community and home settings
  • Coach clients (and their carers) living with disability or complex/chronic conditions in behaviour-change, participation and goal achievement
  • Design, implement and evaluate person-centred care-plans tailored to each client's goals and circumstances
  • Provide targeted education for clients, carers and staff when required
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, best-practice care
  • Contribute new ideas and help us evolve and elevate our OT offering.

Who we're looking for

  • A bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and registration (or near registration) with the relevant OT board
  • Experience (or strong interest) working with adults/young adults with disability (NDIS, ABI, CP, neurological disorders, psychosocial)
  • Comfortable working across multiple settings (clinic/community/telehealth)
  • A collaborative mindset, a growth-orientation and a willingness to shape service-delivery
  • Excellent communication skills — you make clients, families and colleagues feel heard, supported and engaged.
