We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Casual Physiotherapist to join our team and support our mission.

Job Summary: The Casual Physiotherapist will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients within the rehabilitation hospital. This role involves assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying caseloads and schedules.
